2.49% - Variable - Up to 65% Loan to Value - Arrangement Fee
2.99% - Fixed - Up to 75% Loan to Value - Arrangement Fee
3.99% - Tracker - Up to 60% Loan to Value - No Arrangement Fee
4.35% - Lifetime Variable - Up to 65% Loan to Value - Arrangement Fee (approx £250)
